Refund and Cancellation Policy

This documents the structural frameworks and legal guidelines governing all returns, fee deductions, and scheduling changes for game reservations placed with Falkorexis within Australia. This document aligns directly with our main operational terms, the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and the online clarity standards required under international search advertisement policies.

1. Primary Cancellation Conditions

Falkorexis coordinates all bookings at our facility using clear notification windows. Customers who complete their transactions at our registered office can request a cancellation up until the day of their scheduled activity. The exact timeframe in which you notify our team dictates the structural processing of your fees.

If a customer initiates a formal cancellation request more than 24 hours before the designated date of the activity, the individual qualifies for a full return of all paid fees. This window allows our administrative team sufficient duration to reallocate the slot to other participants within the public scheduling pool.

Conversely, if a cancellation occurs on the actual day of the activity, a 50% operational deduction is applied to the total fee amount. The remaining half of the payment is processed for a return. This deduction offsets the immediate administrative costs and the short-notice vacancy created on the course. All cancellation notifications must be submitted directly via email to golf@falkorexis.com to create a trackable record of the request timestamp.

2. In-Person Payment and Holding Deadlines

To maintain eligibility for any potential refund under these guidelines, customers must first successfully formalize their booking. When an individual reserves a spot through our online interface, the slot is held provisionally for 48 hours. The transaction must be settled in full at our registered office before this 48-hour window expires.

Our physical office is located at Australia Square, 264 George St, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia. If a customer fails to attend the physical office and complete the payment within 48 hours, the provisional reservation expires automatically. Expired reservations do not incur cancellation fees because no successful transaction occurred. However, once full payment is completed at our office, the standard cancellation parameters apply immediately to that booking slot.

3. Non-Attendance and Late Arrival Frameworks

Punctuality is mandatory for ensuring structured operations at our course facility. All golfers must arrive at the venue exactly 1 hour prior to their scheduled game session. This early arrival is necessary to complete the mandatory onboarding procedures and clear the administrative desk.

Furthermore, every participant must present a valid government-issued identification document upon arrival. The name on the identification document must match the name recorded during the physical office payment phase.

If a golfer fails to show up at least 1 hour before the session, or fails to present a valid government ID, the reservation is classified immediately as a no-show. A no-show event is classified as an immediate cancellation at the time of the game. Under these specific conditions, the slot is forfeited entirely, and no refunds or returns are provided under any circumstances. Falkorexis retains the complete fee amount to cover scheduling losses.

4. Processing Windows and Banking Timelines

When a cancellation request satisfies the requirements for a full or partial return of fees, Falkorexis initiates the electronic transfer process. Our administrative team will request your specific bank account credentials and routing details via our monitored communication channel, golf@falkorexis.com.

We process the return transfer within 24 hours of receiving valid bank credentials from the customer. Once our system releases the funds, the duration required for the funds to display on your personal balance depends entirely on external banking networks. This clearing process can take up to 7 business days to reflect fully on your bank statement, depending on your individual banking provider's processing schedules within Australia. Falkorexis cannot speed up these external institutional timelines.

5. Consumer Protections and Statutory Rights

Our cancellation guidelines operate in absolute alignment with the statutory protections set out under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which forms Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). These local laws ensure that consumers retain explicit protections that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by corporate terms.

If a service provided by Falkorexis suffers a major failure that cannot be rectified, customers are entitled to a full return or compensation under statutory law. For minor service disruptions, our team will address the issue by re-supplying the activity slot or offering an alternate timing arrangement. These statutory consumer rights stand completely independent of our standard promotional or voluntary cancellation windows.

6. Support Accessibility

Our communication platform remains available for all scheduling adjustments, cancellations, and transaction questions. Customers can reach our support staff by writing to golf@falkorexis.com or by calling +61-455-595-452. Our team operates live between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Enquiries submitted outside these hours are logged sequentially and processed during the next active operational window.
