By using this digital portal or scheduling activities with us, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these terms. This document complies with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ensuring standard compliance protocols remain active throughout your engagement with our venue system.
1. Allocation Hold and In-Person Formalisation
When an individual selects a game slot via our electronic portal, Falkorexis holds that specific reservation for a maximum duration of forty-eight hours from the timestamp of the initial digital request. This initial hold does not constitute a finalized contractual arrangement. To complete the reservation process, the individual must physically attend our registered office location at Australia Square, 264 George St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, during standard operational hours within the 48-hour window to settle the outstanding balance.
Our administrative office accepts diverse transactional mechanisms including physical tenders, debit networks, and standard credit facilities to accommodate customer requirements completely. Failure to attend our physical office and complete the transaction within the specified forty-eight hour holding timeframe results in the immediate release of the provisional slot back into the public availability pool without prior notification obligations hanging upon our administration, allowing other users an opportunity to secure that timing slot.
2. Allocation Timings and Arrival Requirements
Operational timing schedules are detailed specifically during the physical transaction process at our registered office location. These details are printed on your physical receipt and forwarded to your digital communication profile. Golfers must arrive at the course location exactly one hour prior to their scheduled start time to facilitate smooth entry and equipment processing routines.
Upon arrival, every participant must present a valid government-issued identification document matching the name on the allocation record. Failure to produce a valid identification document prevents entry to the course and results in the immediate cancellation of the slot, with no fee returns distributed to the individual under any circumstances.
3. Absence And No-Show Determinations
Punctuality remains essential for maintaining the operational schedule of the course. If an individual fails to present themselves at the course facility at least one hour before the designated game time, or fails to appear entirely, the interaction is classified as a no-show.
A no-show event results in the immediate termination of the reservation. The slot is forfeited, and Falkorexis retains the total amount paid. No options for rescheduling, partial alterations, or structural returns are permitted for individuals who do not comply with the arrival and identification frameworks.
4. Cancellation Framework and Adjustments
Falkorexis accommodates allocation adjustments up until the scheduled day of the activity. The structural return of fees relies entirely on the notice period provided before the scheduled activity date:
- Advance Requests: Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours prior to the date of the scheduled game qualify for a return of the complete fee amount paid.
- Same-Day Requests: Cancellations submitted on the actual date of the scheduled game incur a 50% operational deduction, resulting in a return of half the amount paid.
All cancellation requests must be initiated formally through our online communication portal at golf@falkorexis.com or directly at our physical office to ensure accurate logging of the timestamp and structured tracking by our staff.
5. Fund Processing Rules
Following a legitimate cancellation request that qualifies for a partial or complete return of fees, Falkorexis requires the individual to supply valid bank account credentials and routing details via email to facilitate the transaction. We process the return transmission within 24 hours of receiving the required account details. While our administrative system completes the transfer within 24 hours, the duration required for the funds to show in the individual's balance depends entirely on external banking networks.
This architectural process may require up to 7 business days to reflect fully on the individual's statement, depending on the standard processing cycles of your specific banking institution within Australia. Falkorexis holds no liability for delays caused by external clearing mechanisms or institutional processing intervals.
6. Communication Channels and Availability

Enquiries submitted outside these hours are queued and addressed sequentially during the next active operational cycle. We endeavour to address all detailed queries thoroughly, providing clear responses regarding our booking frameworks and scheduling guidelines.
7. Consumer Protection and Local Laws
These terms operate in conjunction with the consumer protection provided under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), contained within Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these clauses excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer protections that cannot be legally excluded under Commonwealth legislation.
If a service fails to meet statutory requirements, consumers maintain all rights established under local statutory frameworks.
8. Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law, Falkorexis excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential disruptions arising from platform usage or facility access. Our total responsibility for statutory updates or broken arrangements is limited strictly to re-supplying the activity slot or returning the paid fees as outlined in our cancellation parameters.
We do not accept accountability for weather disruptions, personal equipment failures, or transport delays that impact a user's ability to fulfil their scheduled attendance obligations. Participants enter the course grounds recognizing the physical movement involved in golf activities.
9. Acceptable Conduct and Ground Rules
All participants must maintain appropriate standards of behavior while utilizing the golf course facilities. Falkorexis reserves the right to remove any individual from the property who disrupts activities, violates local safety protocols, or damages course infrastructure. Removal under these circumstances results in immediate cancellation of the service without compensation.
10. Framework Amendments
Falkorexis reviews these parameters systematically to align with updated operational methods and shifting regulatory frameworks within Australia. Any updates are published directly onto our digital platform. Continued engagement with our reservation systems following updates indicates acceptance of the revised operational terms.
